User Content Policy on the Vietamin

This Policy is binding on all users of the vietamin.info website. We have developed this Policy to comply with the legal requirements of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the expectations of our users and partners, but primarily to ensure that Vietamin resources remain a safe environment.

User-Generated Content (UGC) is any content that users (Vietamin stores or customers) contribute to the vietamin.info website and that is visible or accessible to at least one or more users. Store or customer user content may include: comments, photographs, videos, images, descriptions, logos, icons, etc.

By registering or posting content on the vietamin.info website, users (and Vietamin stores additionally by accepting the offer on the Vietamin platform) confirm that they have read and agree with the Policy, rules for publishing reviews, and other rules and conditions for using the vietamin.info website published on the website vietamin.info, and undertake to comply with them.

Stores independently upload content related to the products they sell through the vietamin.info website and are responsible for their content. Users of the vietamin.info site independently upload their comments, ratings and other content through the vietamin.info site and are responsible for it.

The vietamin.info website prohibits the posting of inappropriate or offensive user content, including, but not limited to:
— Content (including user comments) that contains, encourages or advertises pornography, sexual slavery, or openly demonstrates naturalistic images, descriptions of human genitals (naked genitals, breasts) or sexual intercourse.
— Intimate goods. For this reason, if a video, photograph, or other image of an intimate product shows intimate parts of the body, sexual scenes, such images must be covered with signs that exclude a full or clear image of prohibited parts of the body;
— User content that is offensive, contains obscene language, calls for racism, discrimination on any grounds, violates the law, the rights of third parties, helps incite religious, racial, political or ethnic hatred, promotes extremist views;
— User content that contains or publishes links to sites containing viruses, phishing pages or other variants of fraudulent Internet pages and schemes, as well as spam;
— User content in support of terrorism, including recruitment or promotion of terrorist acts, incitement to violence, or support for terrorist attacks;
— Bullying and harassment in user content that contains or promotes threats, stalking or intimidation;
— Discussion of piracy, for example: hacking programs, key generators, console emulators;
— Publication of copyrighted materials without appropriate permission from the copyright holder;
— User content containing extortion, begging;
— User content about auctions and lotteries, sales, advertising, referral links without written consent from the administration of the site vietamin.info;
— Advertising of weapons, tobacco, tobacco-containing products, alcohol, any prohibited and toxic substances, including any drugs;
— Publication of any personal data of other user(s) without their consent, including, but not limited to: full name, date of birth, place of residence, contact details, data on health, family, income, etc.;
— User content containing any other information prohibited by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam or violating the legal rights and interests of third parties.

Administration of the site vietamin.info:
— always carries out constant, prompt and regular moderation of user content and will block or delete unacceptable and prohibited user content without warning;
— reserves the right to delete any comments that may directly or indirectly violate the prohibitions specified in the Policy or may be regarded by the administration as immoral or unacceptable;
— reserves the right, without warning, to indefinitely or permanently block any account of any user under which prohibited or inappropriate user content has been detected;
— reserves the right, if there are signs of an administrative offense or signs of a crime, to transfer data to law enforcement agencies.

Any user who becomes aware of a violation of the Policy can report this to the administration of the vietamin.info website by filling out the feedback form: help@vietamin.info.
