List of prohibited products and services

1.1. Illicit drugs, precursors and related paraphernalia
(a) Vietamin expressly prohibits any distribution or sale of narcotic drugs, tranquilizers, psychotropic substances, naturally occurring drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids and other controlled substances (including all drugs listed in Annexes I, II, III, IV or V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act at 21 USC Section 801 et seq.). This activity may result in your account being cancelled.
(b) The distribution or sale of any precursors to narcotic substances (including those mentioned in the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances) is strictly prohibited.
(c) The offering of drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited on the Platform, including any items that are primarily intended for and used in the production, concealment and use of controlled substances.
(d) Placing or selling packaging materials that may be used for the storage of controlled substances, materials intended for the illegal import and export, storage, distribution, transportation and production of controlled substances (for example, lighting fixtures for the cultivation of marijuana), publication and distribution of other materials with information directly or indirectly related to the production of prohibited substances.

1.2. Flammable, explosive and hazardous chemicals
(a) The placement of explosives, fuses and detonators is strictly prohibited. This activity may result in your account being cancelled.
(b) Radioactive substances, toxic and noxious chemicals are prohibited from being placed on the Platform.
(c) It is prohibited to post or offer to sell or buy products containing substances harmful to health (for example, materials containing asbestos) on the Platform.
(d) The display of fireworks, firecrackers and related products is prohibited.

1.3. Firearms and ammunition
(a) Any services, instructions, processes or assistance in connection with the production of biological, chemical, nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction (WMD) or known related weapons are strictly prohibited by international law and accordingly are prohibited from being offered on the Platform. Violation of this policy will result in notification to government authorities and termination of your account.
(b) The posting, offer for sale or purchase of any weapons, ammunition, artillery equipment, weapons (including explosive weapons), and/or related parts and components (whether or not integrated) is strictly prohibited. This activity may result in your account being cancelled.
(c) Vietamin does not permit the listing, offer for sale or purchase of replicas, «copies» or mock-ups of firearms and/or related parts and components (whether integrated or not). This prohibition applies to products such as pneumatic and blowguns, paintball guns, harpoons, spearfishing guns and other weapons that can fire a projectile containing a gas, chemical or explosive substance.

1.4. Weapons
(a) Vietamin does not allow the posting, offer for sale or purchase of weapons, the use of which may be intended to neutralize other persons or cause significant harm to their health (for example, stun guns, batons, crossbows).
(b) While the listing of knives and other cutting tools is permitted in most cases, spring knives, gravity knives, brass knuckles (whether or not bladed), hand tools equipped with blades, or knives disguised as other products are prohibited.
(c) Vietamin, in its sole discretion, determines which items are considered appropriate and may remove items from the product catalog that are deemed to be weapons.

1.5. Tools used by government agencies, law enforcement agencies and military organizations
The following positions are not allowed:
(a) items of clothing and identification that purport to be an official government uniform, or that bear the characteristics of such a uniform;
(b) law enforcement badges and official government equipment, including badges issued by government agencies of any country;
(c) military insignia, medals and awards, in addition to items of substantially similar design.
The display of police uniforms, insignia and police vehicles is not permitted, except for retired police uniforms, insignia and vehicles that do not resemble police uniforms, insignia and vehicles currently in use by the police. This circumstance must be directly indicated in the description of the product item.

1.6. Medicines
(a) The posting of prescription drugs, psychotropic and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited.
(b) The posting or sale of dietary supplements and oral food products that promote sexual performance is prohibited.
(c) Prescription drugs used in veterinary medicine are not permitted.

1.7. Medical devices
Vietamin prohibits the placement of unauthorized medical devices. Participants have the right to place only approved medical products after presenting the Platform with the appropriate permits for production and sale.

1.8. Adult and obscene materials
(a) The posting or sale of pornographic materials is strictly prohibited.
(b) Materials depicting or appearing to involve acts of bestiality, rape, incest, sexual contact with graphic depictions of violence or humiliation, or any materials depicting or suggesting sexual acts with minors are strictly prohibited.
(c) Sex toys and related products.

1.9. Devices for covert acquisition of information and equipment used for illegal purposes
(a) Decryptors and other devices that can be used to gain unauthorized access to television programming (broadcast via satellite and cable TV channels), access to the Internet and telephone lines, data and other protected, limited or premium services are prohibited. A statement that an entry is intended for educational or testing purposes does not confer legal status on a product that is not otherwise qualified. Some examples of such unauthorized products include the following: smart cards, card programmers, decryptors, DSS emulators, and hacking software.
(b) Likewise, the dissemination of information containing instructions on how to decipher and obtain unauthorized and free access to cable and satellite television programming and other services is not permitted.
(c) Devices designed to intentionally block, jam, or interfere with authorized radio communications, including those conducted by mobile devices and personal radios, police radar, global positioning systems (GPS), and wireless communications services (Wi-Fi), are prohibited.
(d) The Platform does not allow the placement or sale of spy equipment and devices used to intercept communications sessions over wired and electronic communications lines, as well as recording oral conversations.
(e) The placement of bank card readers and skimmers is not permitted.
(f) Any and all unauthorized covert information devices not listed above are also strictly prohibited.

1.10. Illegal services
(a) Posting offers for government services and related products is strictly prohibited. Examples of such products and services include:
— official identification documents issued by government agencies, including birth certificates, driver's licenses, passports and visas;
— completed applications for the issuance of the documents mentioned above;
— materials, equipment and technological processes that can be used for the production of identity documents issued by government agencies (for example, holograms of driver's licenses, passport books);
(b) The posting and sale of any invoices or receipts (including blank and pre-filled forms, value added tax invoices and cash receipts) on the Platform is strictly prohibited.
(c) Vietamin prohibits the placement of offers of financial services, including services for transferring funds, issuing bank guarantees, letters of credit, loans, attracting financial resources and financing for investment purposes of certain persons, etc.
(d) It is prohibited to place offers of medical and health care services, including services for treatment, rehabilitation, vaccination, medical examination, psychological counseling, dietetics, plastic surgery and massage.

1.11. Collectibles, Artifacts and Precious Metals
(a) Vietamin strictly prohibits the sale and purchase of currency, coins, banknotes, original antique coins/notes and copies/replicas of collectible antique coins/notes, shares, bonds, payment orders, credit and debit cards, investment shares, digital and virtual currencies (such as cryptocurrencies), as well as the equipment and materials used to produce them.
(b) It is prohibited to place offers to sell or buy gold, silver and other precious metals (excluding jewelry).
(c) The posting or sale of artifacts, cultural property, historical burial monuments and similar items is not permitted through the Platform.

1.12. Parts of the human body, human remains, specimens of flora and fauna that are subject to protection

1.13. Materials and information that are offensive and pose a threat to national security
(a) All publications and other information materials containing state secrets or information posing a threat to national security or public order are prohibited. This activity may result in your account being cancelled.
(b) The Platform strictly prohibits the posting of information that supports and promotes violations of state sovereignty and terrorist organizations, or discriminates on the basis of race, gender or religion. Posting such material may result in your account being terminated.
(c) Postings that are ethnically or racially offensive are prohibited on the Platform. Shops and Customers have a responsibility to ensure that the language used is respectful of the feelings of individuals who may read it and when offering or purchasing potentially offensive products or services.

1.14. Tobacco products
It is prohibited to place tobacco products, including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, cigarette, pipe, hookah, chewing tobacco and leaf tobacco, heating systems containing tobacco or any other sticks containing nicotine, sets of heating systems containing tobacco or any other sticks containing nicotine, bongs and accessories for them, hookahs and accessories for them.

The placement and sale of equipment specifically designed for gambling is prohibited. Offerings of products that may be used for other legal purposes (such as dice and cards) are generally permitted.
